An Announcement From FFF

Football For Future (FFF) co-directors Barney Weston and Elliot Arthur-Worsop have mutually agreed to conclude their co-directorship of FFF after four years of partnership. As part of this transition, Barney will leave the organisation to continue pursuing his passion for social impact and sustainability in sport and beyond while Elliot will lead FFF into its next chapter.

During their time together, FFF grew from a small team of volunteers to an established non- profit delivering exciting impact with elite partners and dedicated staff. Barney played a significant role in the organisation’s development, bringing valuable expertise in project management and operations.

Barney and Elliot remain committed to their respective paths in this space, offering each other full support and wishing each other every success in the future.

Commenting, Elliot said: "Throughout his time here, Barney has been a valued member of the FFF team. I wish him every success in his future endeavours, and look forward to leading FFF into its next chapter."

Barney’s final working day will be 31 December, 2024.
