FFF have partnered with football x climate charity Pledgeball, delivering a workshop that encourages football fans to ask their clubs what they are doing to tackle climate change, and to pledge to reduce their personal carbon emissions.

Sunday 10th July - the Football For Future team travelled to Battersea Park in South West London, to attend The Kick Off with Spirit of Football. The location was chosen to honour the spot where the first ever official game of FA Rules football was played in the year 1864.

Football For Future were delighted to launch our industry-leading training for club staff in April, delivering our training course at Wolves to educate and empower staff at the club to engage with sustainability in their personal and professional lives.

Football For Future was invited to chair a panel discussion at the University of Oxford on sustainability in English football, bringing together a variety of voices from across the sport to think about leading on sustainability in the sector.

The partnership will help fulfil the club’s ambition to become industry leaders in environmental sustainability, and Football For Future’s mission to build a more environmentally sustainable culture in football.
